The Personal Information Manager is the ultimate boon to people doing work with their computers. Address book. Calendar. To Do List. These things are essential for really doing business with a computer. And once you go beyond doing business alone, you need to be able to share. That is harder than you’d think. Single user calendars are dime a dozen. Shared calendars…..oof.

So, I’m a computer consultant. But I hate the word. It has such a ’90s-speak “we provide advanced solutions to vertical markets while providing excellent service” tone to it. So, what’s a better word? Adviser? Counsel? Support Agent? Brilliant ideas can be sent to me.

The local radio station has been playing and playing an add for a ‘Free Book‘ on getting rich…free but for 5 bucks shipping and handling. Is that too much?
